Frequently Asked Questions:

How long before I will receive my order?
All in-stock orders placed online are usually shipped no later than the following business day, provided that the order was placed by 4 pm. EST. Orders for in-stock items placed after 4 pm. EST will be shipped no later than the 2nd business day after the order is received. For orders that are not in stock, or for back-orders, items will be shipped as they are received in our warehouse. Customers will be notified when an item has been back-ordered more than 3 days, and given an estimated date of delivery. Virginia Speed, Inc. ships all packages ordered online via UPS Ground shipping. Once the package ships, ground shipping usually takes from 3 to 7 business days depending on where you live.

Can packages be shipped to me other than via ground shipping?

It has been more than 7 business days since I made my order and I have not received my package. What should I do?

If it has been longer than 7 business days since you ordered (or 2-4 days for those who upgraded their shipping to Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Select) call us at (757) 468-5101 so that we may begin the tracking process, or email us to get the tracking number for your package.

I have a package I want to return. What should I do?

I want to buy a product, but I can't find it listed in your website. How do I find out if you carry it?
If you don't see the products you are looking for anywhere on our site, please use the quote form and we will send you information regarding the product.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Notification of price changes will be given on an order prior to shipping. Prices do not include shipping charges. All orders placed in Virginia are subject to the state sales tax.

Orders
Orders may be placed at the store, by phone, mail, or fax.

Phone Orders
Coming soon! Phone orders may be placed Mon-Wed; Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Thurs. 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. All credit card orders require verification through billing addresses. Please supply automobile information including year, make, model and engine size.

Fax or Mail Orders
Please include full name, daytime phone number, billing address, shipping address (if different). UPS will not ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. Include method of payment.

Payment
Currently, Virginia Speed, Inc. accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

Back Orders
Every attempt is made to ship within a reasonable time within 7-10 working days. Notification will be given if any product is expected to be on back order for any longer period of time.

Refused Shipments
All refused shipments will be subject to a $20.00 processing charge, which must be paid in full before any other orders will be accepted.

Core Returns
All cores must be received within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Any cores returned after the 15 day return time will not be accepted. Please enclose either a copy of your receipt, or a letter stating your name, address, and a daytime phone number at which you can be reached.
